Dispute Templates

Templates shape the evidence and argument structure of your AI-generated dispute letters. The app automatically selects the best template based on your business type and reason code.

Available Templates

Setting Your Default Template

1. Go to Templates in the left sidebar


2. Click the "Default business type" dropdown


3. Select the template that best matches your store


4. Click Save

Overriding Per Dispute

You can change the template for any individual dispute from the dispute detail page:

1. Open the dispute detail page


2. Find the template selector above the AI letter


3. Choose a different template


4. Click "Regenerate"

If you sell both physical products and digital downloads, set your default to General Retail and override to Digital Products on individual disputes when needed.
