Auto-Fight Rules and Auto-Refund (Growth & Enterprise)

Rules let you automate how the app handles disputes and pre-dispute alerts.
To enable:
For disputes below a certain threshold, it sometimes costs more to fight than to refund. Every chargeback costs you the disputed amount, a processor chargeback fee ($15–$35), and your time. For very small disputes (under $25), auto-refunding often makes more financial sense.

Auto-Fight Configuration
When enabled, the app automatically generates and submits a response to pre-dispute alerts when you do not act within the response window.To enable:
- Go to Rules in the left sidebar
- Find "Auto-Fight Configuration"
- Check "Enable auto-fight for pre-dispute alerts"
- Set the response window (default: 24 hours, maximum: 72 hours)
- Set a default fight reason (e.g. "Item delivered, tracking confirmed")
- Click "Save Rules"
Auto-Refund Small DisputesWe recommend starting with a 48-hour window to give yourself time to review before auto-fighting.

- Check "Enable auto-refund for small disputes"
- Set the threshold (recommended: $15–$25)
- Click "Save Rules
Only enable this if you are comfortable with automatic refunds. Monitor it for the first week to verify the threshold is set correctly.
