A visual gauge shows your overall evidence strength from 1 to 10:
AI-Generated Response Letter
The letter is displayed in an editable text box. It is customised based on the reason code:
Dispute Summary Card
- Order number and amount
- Reason code with a tooltip explaining what it means
- Days remaining until deadline
- Evidence confidence score (1–10)
- Win probability percentage
- Status badge

- Fight (green) — Our AI recommends contesting this dispute, along with expected recovery amount and win probability.
- Fold (red) — The dispute may cost more to fight than the amount at stake.

- Tracking number — Available or Missing
- Delivery status — Delivered, In transit, or Not available
- AVS result — Address verification match
- CVV result — Card verification match
- IP address — Customer's IP at time of purchase
- Billing and shipping address
- Subscription history (if connected to Recurpay, Bold, or Loop)

- 7–10 (green) — Strong. High confidence of winning.
- 4–6 (yellow) — Moderate. Some evidence missing.
- 1–3 (red) — Weak. Consider whether to fight this dispute.

Submitting the Response
Once you are satisfied with the letter, you have three options:
At the bottom of the page, a full timeline shows every event from detection through to win or loss.

- Approve & Submit — approve and submit immediately
- Reject — No Response — close without responding (not recommended)
