Go to Disputes in the left sidebar to see all your disputes. Use the filters at the top to narrow down:
View a Sample Dispute
If you have not received a real dispute yet, click "View sample dispute" on the Disputes page. This shows a fully populated demo with all features enabled so you can familiarise yourself before a real chargeback arrives.
- Status — All, Detected, Under Review, Submitted, Won, Lost
- Processor — All processors or a specific gateway
- Sort by — Newest first, Oldest first, Amount high to low, Deadline soonest
- Min/Max amount — Filter by dispute value
