Understanding the Success Fee

A 10% success fee applies only when you win a dispute. You never pay a success fee on disputes you lose.

• Starter and Growth: 10% of the won dispute amount (no cap)
• Enterprise: 10% of the won dispute amount, capped at $100 per win

Example: You win a $500 dispute → you pay $50 as a success fee. On Enterprise, if you win a $2,000 dispute, you pay only $100 (capped).
Pre-Dispute Alert Fees
Pre-dispute alerts have a separate per-alert fee on top of your subscription:

• Ethoca alert — $25 per alert received
• Verifi alert — $20 per alert received

These are billed as usage charges and only apply when you actually receive an alert.
