How to Connect Stripe
- Go to Connections in the left sidebar
- Find the Stripe card and click "Connect Stripe"
- You will be redirected to Stripe's website
- Log in to your Stripe account
- Click "Authorize access"
- You will be redirected back to the app
- The Stripe card will now show "Connected" and "Webhook Active"
Make sure you are connecting the Stripe account that actually processes payments for your Shopify store.

- Connected · Active (green) — gateway is connected and webhook is receiving events
- Not Connected (grey) — gateway not yet linked
